Ready to ride … getting your M2
Your new M1 licence is a temporary licence, good for 90 days. During this time, you can ride a motorcycle with certain restrictions. You will also need to pass your M2 test within those 90 days.
And that’s where we come in! You can take your M2 course with us as soon as you have your M1 licence. Our M2 course is a full two-day and one evening course designed to teach you how to ride and prepare you for the M2 on-bike test.
You’ll learn in the Motorcycle Handbook that you have to have your M1 licence for 60 days before upgrading to your M2 licence – but you can take your course with us as soon as you have your M1 in hand. You just have to wait the remainder of those 60 days after you pass your test before upgrading your M2. During that time you will still have M1 restrictions on your licence.
We offer the M2 course in cities throughout Southern Ontario and Sudbury. Check out the map below to see if we ride near you!
